gettin a bit daft now, just naming players that played the odd game for the sake of being different ie Collossino, shutt, atkinson etc,i mean Vuoso didn't even start a game ffs

Yeah, some of the names on here are just for namings sake.

However,Stuart Lee has not been mentioned or Phil Henson.Henson could hardly walk let alone play football.

The worst ever performance was from Ged Taggart at Blackburn who was put in at right back with only one foot - his left.Cant recall anyone having a worse game than that but not his fault, managers.

Stuart was a fine player at County but Henson, yes he was really bad too.

Ok,but dont forget County were in the 4th Division at the time and we sold Peter Barnes,Tueart,Owen etc to make way for him.

Derick Allsop meets Phil Henson the Rotherham manager who pits his wits against Kevin Keegan in the FA Cup tomorrow

Friday, 22 January 1993

PHIL HENSON has pursued a football career in relative anonymity since he played a walk-on part in one of the most famous dramas ever to unfold on Old Trafford's stage. Few may recall the willowy youngster who appeared as a substitute for Manchester City during a derby against United in 1974. More vivid in the memory is the final act of the man he replaced, Denis Law. The Scot's instinctive, back-heeled goal condemned his former club to relegation.

Still willowy, and none too ravaged by the passage of the interim years, Henson is quietly shaping the destiny of Rotherham United. Again almost unnoticed by the world outside, he was given the manager's job two years ago and although he could not save them from the inevitable plunge to the old Fourth Division, he brought them straight back up and has raised hopes of another promotion challenge this season.

He did go on to play well at SWFC for a few seasons but they were in the third at the time.My comment about him being unable to walk is that he always seemed to be injured, although that could just be my bad memory.
