The worst sport to watch live ?

NFL. Went to Tampa Bay vs Dallas Cowboys, a local derby by all accounts. $150 for a ticket, came out at half time and watched the 2nd half on telly in Hooters on the I4. Nothing to see live, great views for the second half though!

Cycling. When the Tour de France started in Yorkshire a couple of years ago it passed relatively near to us on Blackstone Edge. We went up, spent about 6 hours sat on a damp grass verge and then they all flew past us in one large group in about 10 seconds.

Basketball.
A total waste of time apart from the last 30 seconds.

Women's tennis.
Pataball.

Gymkhana.
WTF!

Whoever told you that was a local derby didnt do too well in geography ;)

I do agree tho, the high scoring games are fun, but the low scoring ones can be like watching paint dry.

Lol, admittedly at the time it was the second nearest team after Miami....

The sports dependant on weather such as Motorsports.
Imagine flying over the world to watch your sport, booking hotels etc only for it then to be cancelled due to poor weather.

Indy 500.
just constantly going around in a fucking circle zzzzz

And for the poster who suggested Ice Hockey... Are you on the WUM?
If I wasn't born in Manchester and never had the football brainwashing, Ice hockey would be my first choice Spectator sport.
It's superb and those lads who play are on another level athletically.

The current Mrs does this equestrian shit, dressing up all pompous and displaying horses.
Too much pretentiousness for me.

Just wait till climbing comes on tv now it's an Olympic sport, shite spidermen going up a wall full of multi coloured nipples

I imagine you are a lot closer to the action watching the Tampa Yankees and it grabs the attention more. We were right up in the gods at Yankee stadium, I do find it weird they have a memorial park to their players who have past on at the end of the field you can go look round. Could you imagine if we built one next to the corner flag at the Etihad.
Yes, it is a nice little stadium, maybe 12-15,000 but the average crowd is 200-300, a little more the first Saturday each month as they have fireworks at the end!
We get tickets with a specific seat number but it's sit where ever you want.
