The worst, tedious, dull, flat, lifeless, boring

Our next few fixtures are against "weaker teams" and I don't care how we beat them, as long as we do. We need top four. It doesn't matter how.

You're right it doesn't matter how, but with the players we've got it shouldn't be ugly.

It won't always be ugly, I'm sure, but you can't win pretty all the time.

Rubbish match, but got the result we needed.

Hope the hangover from Wednesday night has been and gone now, cos any other team would have killed us.

Nor should Chelsea but they played shit last night and ground out a win
This is how we get into the top 4

just got back from the game, the important thing 3 points acheived, the game today reminded me of the italian games I used to watch on channel 4 some years ago.

Mancini must have tried something taticaly today, so we should accept that a top team will need to employ different tatics in different games, if the opposition had been different perhaps he wouldnt have employed todays tatics.

The crowd were getting restless as this was different fare than what we are used to, but the winning habit breeds confidence and when we play Liverpool & Spuds we will need another roption to control the game like we did today, other than a couple of scary moments we never looked like conceeding and as the players get used to the system the speed of the counter attack will increase.

Keep the faith guys, Mancini is a top top manager, driven by success.

Forza Mancini.

no one's losing faith and no one is saying Mancini isn't a top manager. We got the three points and that is all that matters but say anything bad about the game and get accused of allsorts.

i have to say i can't recall ever feeling so disappointed after a victory. to me, an opportunity was lost to bang some goals in and improve our goal difference. however, it seems dissatisfaction is not allowed. a one nil victory over doncaster belles would have to be seen as a great result according to some folk. anyway, i'm not stopping loving bobby mancini!

That was bloody boring.

Every pass went backwards, except the pass forward which got us the first goal. I could barely celebrate the first goal because it just came from nowhere. We got a bit of bite after the first goal and between the second, but I nearly fell asleep twice! No songs, no excitement... nothing. I mean, okay, 3 points is good, but that wasn't a convincing performance. If Porstmouth had a striker they would have beaten us by 2 or 3.

That game was awful.
