I think they need someone that can score goals more than anything else
Not Dzeko then

that guy,s had a raw deal- never played to his strengths- he,ll get plenty if played correctly- crosses in the box.....

I was joking you bunch of tarts. Anyway when did Arsenal start whipping balls into the box anyway. Also he has never been that type of player watch the tube of yous to find out how he plays

Do we really need Walcott and will he be happy to come and be a squad player here? I think not.

I think he would. I think like every other Arsenal player of his mini generation he's sick of selling their best players and not winning anything. He's still young but I'm sure he'd be happy with a little less playing time to get a slice of what Nasri and Clichy had last year.

Gaining Walcott at the expense of Dzeko? The transfer forum continues to descend deeper in to insanity. Won't believe this one bit.

just don't get this - I don't rate him as wide mid in a 4-4-2 and we do not need a striker

good price tho

Has his limitations in terms of his effectiveness against deep lying defences, and Zab and Clichy have both wrapped him up with ease on recent visits to the Library, but as a counter attacker, exploiter of space, and finisher, he can be deadly, and I'd take him for those reasons alone. More of an auxiliary front man than a winger, and having witnessed our troubles against teams that press us high up the pitch (Everton, Swansea, Liverpool etc), he'd perhaps give us something we don't currently have, ie an out ball, or at least the threat of one with that blistering pace of his. All that said though, I suspect he's just trying to browbeat every last farthing out of the Arse before signing a new deal with them

Unless Cavani or Falcao are on their way over to sign on the dotted line then losing Dzeko would be a huge mistake. To Arsenal as well, he'd help them out loads!

i certainly do not want edin to go- i thinks he,s excellent- but wenger may try taking the piss to sort this deal......

Walcott isn't in the same class as Silva and Nasri but he provides a complete different option and that's exactly what we need. When teams come and crowd out our playmakers in central areas, the pace out wide of a Walcott, Sinclair or both would open the game up home or away. Against someone like Napoli last season, Silva and Nasri were ineffective because Napoli just packed the centre of the pitch, Walcott coming on would mean they have to change their tactics or Walcott would have a field day.
