Moyes will implement his own style of football, and the reason United play with so much emphasis on their wingers is because they don't have a Thiago type player, signing him would show an attempt to shift said emphasis.

You sound more bitter than logical

how do u know if he will change that fast? and if he does i dont know what could be worse. them playing the stokish way or a totally new style.
Because he needs to distinguish himself from Ferguson, not sail away on his coattails. It's like any new manager. Pellegrini won't play the way Mancini did for the first few months of the season will he?

And they don't nor have they ever played the "stokish" way. Again, you just sound bitter but being a Liverpool fan that should be expected of you

Lal i might be bitter but im right when it comes to there style of play. but i do agree about him probably changing the system.

I agree that we have got nothing to fear.

Fernandinho and Yaya individually are >>>>> than Thiago and they don't have any other midfielder.

Agreed a 5-year deal with the rags according to SPORT.

His face has suddenly become a lot more punchable. :)

Carrick?

Carrick holding with Kagawa and Thiago in front of him is a very food midfield. City will have the stronger though but don't write United off. This is a signing that will fit the soundly. Hate the bastards as much as any City fan but fair dues to them. They have a quality player at a bargain price and it's exactly what they need as Anderson never lived up to his billing.

This guy is that good that if he ends up at Old Trafford we might as well not bother; and that's even with Moyes as the Manager.
