Good spot there will be a major impact on both Barcelona and Real Madrid who will no longer be able to negotiate their own deals from 2016/17 and the TV money will be more equally shared with the rest of the teams in Spain. Hopefully, the impact of that and the lure of working with Pep will attract a player like Pogba

He was always considered the heir to Xavi, very intelligent player him and ilkay would boss midfield. Technically the perfect midfielder with killer passes and movement. Has had issues with injuries but a stellar player IMO.

That would be a solid midfield that mate, I'm not sure we will have a rigid formation with pep tbh.

Thiago is very much in the Xavi / Iniesta mould in that he holds the ball well and can work those tight one / twos or triangles. He has also been brought up with the high pressing philosophy which is of course paramount to Peps way of playing.
Would be a good signing at the right price but like everyone else I am a little concerned about his injury record.
Different type of player to Gundagon and I think they could compliment each other quite well.

I would think Gundogan would be Pep's famous "pivote" and Thiago would play in front of him perhaps next to KDB in a 4-3-3 but that is a guess. In reality formations will change with each game and within each game and players will play all over the place.
