Despite the noise coming from the press Liverpool haven't signed him yet and aren't even close in signing him

Hoeness said the English clubs are "trying to blackmail us, in the sense that they're waiting until the last week of the window and then will throw in a cheap offer."

I am really surprised he hasn't been snapped up yet, i find it staggering actually... especially someone of his supreme ability.

Seems to me as if he is holding out for Liverpool move only or else i think he would have left Bayern by now.

So let’s look at how you do things:

1. Tap up players through the media.
2. Get said player dropped from the national team.
3. Pay players club a joke transfer fee.
4.Enlist the help of a rag paper to slander another club.
5.Dodge Tax.
6.Corrupt a European body with propaganda and blackmail.
7.Openly racist.
8.Go to prison, do not pass go, do not collect £200. Get a frankfurter up the bum.

Definitely does. Considering none of their starters ever get injured it will probably allow them to add creativity and rotate easily. A shame he's gone there, and a shame at that price tag other clubs weren't in for him.

Does it? When they had countinho they had a player similar - flair and skill but not as hard working as what they have now - and they were not as good as the way Kloop plays relies on the midfield working their socks off, take one of the 3 workers away and they will be less effective in this set-up. Also half the time they bypass midfield with the long balls to the forwards. The only benefit to them is if they need to break a team down and his guile might be useful but overall I would say it does not improve them much

Him and Coutinho are two different type of players. He’s a Gundogan on Crack. He’s definitely going to elevate the red shite’s midfield. Especially with them having the runners on their wings and the fullbacks bombing forward, having someone like Thiago in your arsenal pulling the strings can prove devastating.

They also didn't have VVD, Allison and Fabinho there when Coutinho was there, incomparable situations.
