As I pointed out earlier, the desire for the higher fee seems to be related to Argentinian tax requirements on such fees. Not sure we should be asked to stump up 20% more simply to satisfy their responsibilities.

A "stumping up" of 25% more would be needed to cover a 20% tax ;-)
