He was Vigo, the main bad guy in Ghostbusters 2, it freaked me out big time as a kid as the picture on the wall would come alive. scared me to death (hahaha)
 
Armchair Thriller - The title sequence had a shadow sitting in an armchair that sat up in horror at something on the TV, used to shit me up big time! There was also an episode where a Poodle was killed and there was a shot of it floating in a canal at night which I could not get out of my 9 year old head at the time.

The one with the bloke in a yellow sou'wester who was the spit of her husband scared me rigid. She drove past and he was in a field pretending to be a scarecrow.
