Must admit I have never thought things are really about race, far more trouble happens between different religions, different sexualities and different classes. For example I have spent a lot of time working in many different countries and have always get very comfortable in places like India, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Vietnam, Mexico etc

Where I have felt most uncomfortable in my life are when I have come across very religious very right wing people in the US when I spent time in North Florida/South georgia - they were very nice to me but they were far more alien than professionals in India or Korea, Or when I have met very wealthy very stuck up people.

I think there are far bigger things to divide people than race - class, political views, religious views etc etc
