Yes I do think we should have the decency to learn the local lingo when partaking of cheap holidays in other people's misery especially as the locals usually sprechen zee English.

I see where you're coming from but many don't have time to learn other languages as there are other priorities. Personally I don't like revisiting the same countries all the time either so for a trip every so often over several years it'd be a waste of my time to put more effort in than the basics.

Fibre speeds, got a lot of mates all over eu and many enjoy brutal speeds. In Stockholm you can get gbit for 10 euro a month. The same line to me who also lives close to a big city thus open to a vlan type ring in a city would pay an eye watering amount more. If i lived bang in Manchester (big apartment building) i could get gbit but still 60 quid a month. To my house here, 2.3k a month thanks very much.
