If he falls of the roof and breaks his back or spinal chord, could mean months of hospital, all at taxpayers expense, may never walk again so 30/40 years of disability payments ........it makes sense to deter that kind of behaviour.State interference and nanny state bollocks. Everything from banning beef on the bone, to giving that poor sod a prison for working on a roof without safety harness. I mean, if the dick wants to risk killing himself, that's up to him.
They are now talking about introducing changes to spread-betting and CFD trading - which would have bad consequences for responsible traders - to try to stop idiots losing their money.
They just cannot stop interfering and messing with peoples' personal, private business.
