Putting the fucker in jail is a little excessive....nanny state bullshit!If he falls of the roof and breaks his back or spinal chord, could mean months of hospital, all at taxpayers expense, may never walk again so 30/40 years of disability payments ........it makes sense to deter that kind of behaviour.

1. The above...100's of billions are recklessly lost by bankers who are more interested in their bonuses than the countries welfare, and the scaffold guy is the one that gets prison time (slap on the west and big fine would do it)
2. The destruction of a community spirit by faceless fuckers in council seats.
3. Being charged for absolutely anything that was once thought to be gratis. Parking is one, especially where you have to punch in your reg number so you can't give the ticket to someone else (even though you have paid for that spot for an agreed duration)
4. Negative connotations to pretty much anything. Especially in the newspapers....thanks Murdoch.
5. Negativity from business leaders and political leaders that bleeds down to investors and ruins the entrepreneurial spirit of the people.
6. Class system that your future is pretty much decided at birth.
7. The general publics pathetic acceptance of all the above as long as they have Facebook and a flat screen in their homes.
And the answer is that Spain and Sweden have a bigger percentage of foreigners living there than we do.Are you sure?

Our arrogance when it comes to other languages, just expect every other nation to speak English rather than learning their language.
Noticed that in Spain several times. All Swedish people seemed to naturally speak English.
