Things you have lost interest in over the years.

Nostalgia.
The older I get the less I understand hankering for a time gone by that wasn't as good as people say.

Got to say that the majority of my friends and ex colleagues are stuck in the past. Their musical tastes haven't moved on for 30 years and they are constantly reminiscing about the past.
I try to enjoy and embrace the present. I'm still seeking out new bands, trying to visit new places, trying new food and drink and experiencing new activities.

Same here. Back in the day I had fun times, but I also remember the downsides.
Folk just skip over the shitty stuff and remember times like it was halcyon days.
I look forward, not back. I can go forward, I can't go back!

The Champions League. I was so excited when we qualified for the first time but now don’t care about it too much. It was the first cup scheme I dropped too as the whole thing is an overrated circus.

Apart from our games, I seldom bothered with the group stage games. In September, most people would have pretty much the same 16 to go through. Yes; you get the occasional Copenhagen (LOL), but not very often, let's be honest. Will the new format improve things? Hmm; we'll see.

Agree with all of that, with the exception of new bands. I still love the excitement of hearing a great new tune which I come across now and again, but actual bands, nah, not fussed.
In many ways the album was a poor format back then anyway; you buy it for on average 3 great tracks and another 5 that you could leave or take.
In fact, and I’m pushing it a tad here, but in that sense, bands were actually a format of the past rather than songs which is the format of now.
