Things you refuse to call by their new name

4 year ago, a week after his 15th birthday, he will be 20 in January.

He's doing ok ish, lives on a diet of Morphine and fentanyl, needs to eat dietary enzyme replacements with any food and of course cant produce insulin or glucagon and given that he has constant high level of pain the stress response of the body is to use up any glucose which leads to constant hyperglycaemia, shit sorry to waffle. if the shit interests you feel free to dm and ask what you want
Waffle all you want mate, and I think I remember you mentioning him before.

I really feel for him (and you and his Mam etc), I was raised with a type I diabetic so get the difficulties there alone, but I’ve also had Pancreatitis myself many years ago, and fuck me I’ve got to say it was the worst pain I’ve ever experienced in my life, the only time I’ve actually thought that was it, only thing that took about 1% of the pain away was a boiling hot water bottle, constantly being changed, wasn’t until I got in the hospital that they told me I had 3rd degree burns on my back, but I honestly felt nothing in comparison to the Pancreatitis.

Wish him well from me buddy.

She lived in Old Trafford (near the cricket ground) then Sale Moor before I met her, if that's anything to go by.
@crazyg I asked me mam today. My elder brother was born in Park but without giving her a choice, she was told It was the Cottage hospital. They didn't have doctors at the Cottage so she thinks first born went to Park in case of complications but the special, very much the favourite child went to Cottage Hospital.
