Things you wish you'd never started

Drinking. As an apprentice 16yrs old the bricklayers I was put with were serious hardmen and drinkers. Every Friday they fucked off at 11 to the Navigation in Stockport. When Alex Stepney had it. Iuse to make an excuse to bunk off work at 1. Cycle down then 10 pints later I was drove home pissed. Lol. Only blue in there.
Estate agents to this day refer to wonky laying as Friday afternoon brickwork. And after Friday came the Monday club.

Estate agents are fucking clueless. I was and still am a shithot brickie. Brickies call Estate agents leeches. Who fucking lie through their back teeth to get a sale.

Spent a few days on one of those Offshore casino boats off Florida and for the life of me I didn't and still dont understand it. Having said that I'm 64 and still dont know how cricket is scored. And I played it for a season....
Actually it’s quite simple. The thing that makes it confusing is all the side bets. There’s only a few bets you should make. Most of the other bets have a house edge of 4% or more.

Craps is the only game in the casino that offers a bet that has no house edge-true odds.

Hahaha she must have been way too detailed. It’s pretty simple..now all the crazy side bets… I don’t even get some of them, which is why I always steer clear. That and money. You can lose a lot very quickly if the rolls go against you.
