Well, Benfica won there 33rd League title today to move ahead of Ajax and Juve as the most succesful team in the top 8 leagues in europe. Many good stories to come out of this one, including Benfica showing the game for free on their website after the game sold out so all their fans could enjoy it (can you imagine that happening in England? lol) along with Eduardo Salvio breaking his arm in the game, but instead of going to hospital he used an Argentina flag as a makeshift sling so he could enjoy the party, 3 hours late there is still no sign of him going to hospital. Lisbon going absolutely mental as well by the look of it

Today really shown how inconsistent the referees are. Clattenburg booked Jones for the handball penalty. Same person failed to book Rafael for the same thing.

Good to see Neil Swarbrick continuing the trend of shite decision. Watching the Leyton Orient vs Wolves game in League 1, and he's just denied Orient a blatant penalty. There MAY be some justification for him with his view being somewhat obstructed, but his linesman had a clear view of the handball and didn't flag. Farcical decision.

I keep in mind more than most refs are just human on this forum and will make mistakes.
Mistakes such as that though are to much imo, we need more consistency with the big decisions.

Some fella was on about how we hire analysts to monitor the season and one thing they do is pick 6 big matches and then 3 or so big decisions from them.
These are highlighted as major incidents pivotal to a season.
This season Kompany's sliced clearance and Joe Harts rush of blood at Chelsea have been noted as stand out fuckups by ours.

I think they should consider reffing decisions in this also and see where the mistakes are being made etc, or do they do this already?.
