may do well to have the call #'s from the plane, but may be able to pry some info out with just the type of plane and times and whatnot..
at least you could get the origin info

I have been working in London all over the New Year and a colleague at Manchester Airport rang me last night to say that a private exec jet flew in from Valencia yesterday and was parked well away from the terminals on a remote stand and there was a lot of activity but nobody was allowed near the plane except the necessary re-fuellers etc.
Now i do not know this but she told me that the rumour was it was not David Villa but 5 representitives from Valencia fc.
If anybody else works at the airport,did anyone see it or hear any gossip?
We need to find the info of an arrivals or movement website with info on yesterdays flights.
I just got home from LHR and bed is calling!!!!!!

Latest is that there were 3 blokes on the plane and two cars waiting with blacked out windows. The person didn't recognize the name the guy flying the plane said.

Been looking up the stand 100 (where the plane landed at Manchester airport) and it seems it is a drive-thru stand. I'm guessing this is a short stay stand mainly used for fuel turn arounds as someone else has already said it could have been. Although it could be used as a quick drop off for a world class striker to enter the country unnoticed by the press and sign for the world's richest football club. Why would he need to go back? He may have brought all the things he needs with him. Just a thought...

I met a lad on the way to Villa who was telling me that he worked for a company that use to fly in rich businessmen, they use something similar whereby no passport control or stops. Just a car waiting on the tarmac and away you go.

the UK isn't in the Schengen zone so that's impossible mate, they don't waive passport control for anyone in the UK.

The procedure for immigration and customs for vip's is different.Whenever such likes arrive,customs and immigration meet the aircraft,clear the passengers then they are normally whisked away through westgate security and out through the freight terminal.They never even see the airport buildings.

That's what I meant, the lad was talking about no passport control whatsoever, which is ludicrous, not that they make them go through the terminal buildings ;)
