I'd managed to not cry on Sunday or all this week watching video after video, but after watching that one this morning the tears came rolling down my cheeks.

The Inspirals song will be forever linked to this day for me, and with the last line of "you bought Phil Jones we bought Kun Aguero" sums up the season, and the last day, Kun celebratnig the goal whilst Jones looking like a Deer in headlights. It may well sum up the future as well.
I always felt a bit different about Kun. I know we have other world class players, but buying him just felt special. It may not be connected but his arrival coincided with the more expansive brand of football.
His goal at Spurs away will long live in the memory as that was against a higly rated team, a highly rated centre half, a highly rated keeper and he just blew them all away. The spurs fans giving him dogs abuse after he scored was just pure jealousy and was amazing - I felt it was that moment we announced what we were about this year. All the neutrals and rags I know rate him so highly, one saying that they would not pick anyone else anywhere to have to take that chance to win the league - and he could have gone down for a penalty!!
Does anyone know if he was instead of Sanchez or were we always after him?
