He doesn't make it easy for himself. After Mbia was sent off he 'reorganised' the defence so that he had Onouha at left back, Mackie at right back and Nelson and Bosingwa as the centre backs. That's 3 of the 4 out of position when he could have played Bosingwa at RB, Onouha and Nelson at CB and Mackie at Lb and only had one playing out of position.
Surely Arteta was offside for the goal though.
