Remember Ade celebrating in front of the Arse fans, didn't he get a ban? Walcott could have caused a riot there, hope the FA take action and ban the arrogant little get.
Give over. Were you calling for Vinny to be banned when he raised four fingers while celebrating Edin's first goal in the 6-1 (City's fourth in the match)? Or when Andy Hinchcliffe raised 5 fingers at the rags at Maine Road back in 1989?

Arsenal fans loving the fact that Walcott gave the Spurs fans some back, yet they cried like bitches when Ade gave it them at ours.

If there's a more hypocritical bunch of mard arses outside of the swamp, I've yet to see them.

You know, the thing about fans forums is the unremitting certainty of its home supporters to believe they are endowed with some kind of moral superiority so they can see the mote in the eye of others but fail to see the beam in their own.

In other words, it's only too easy to fail to see one's own faults except when reflected in others.

To be fair, it would be hilarious to see the reactions of those hypocritical tarts if Walcott is banned.

To be fair, you are on a City forum so you will get a 'City perspective'.

You have to admit there are a lot of mard arses who watch Arsenal. Even Arsenal fans I know agree.

Re: Arsenal Thread 2013/14

We were awesome today. Completely outplayed them with a lot of our big players out. The library was bouncing as well. Great day, great derby win.

I think that's true of all clubs, unless you are suggesting there is an egregious exception when it comes to Arsenal and its fans.

-- Sat Jan 04, 2014 10:00 pm --

Are you saying that City fans wold have been more insouciant had the situation been reversed re: Adebayor in that example you posted?

I would beg to differ.

I think all football fans are pretty much alike and spouting generalisations as to how some have a greater moral tendency than others (as seems to be your implication) is self delusional.

Re: The Tottenham Thread 13/14 part 3.

Dont know if it came across on TV, but I was there and I thought it was stupid of Theo to do what he did, he basically incited a riot, many pockets of spurs fans came racing down the stand to get to him, stewards and police got in the way and one poor female officer got sparked out by a spurs fan who punched her straight in the face. It was not nice to see, and made the police life difficult having to put down pockets of violence with the spurs fans deciding to turn thuggish. At least they showed a lot more fight than their team. If Theo gets banned I wouldnt be against it. He needs to understand there are a lot of idiots who go to games and someone could get hurt because of what he did.

Arsenal fans are in a league of their own when it comes to hypocrisy. "Money can't buy class" It can however buy a shit load of decent players and give out lucrative contracts to the good ones already on your books to stop them leaving for other clubs. Ask Tony Adams.

Fans need to man up, they can't give out abuse and then whine when they get a bit of banter back.
I didn't agree with Wilshere's ban(even though he is a snidey little ****) and I don't agree that Walcott should be punished.
