Not really. There is a massive problem with the selection of the team, which as I said earlier Gary Neville has brought up all through the game. United actually have the better players technically on the pitch.
Rafael? Young Tom? Bogbrush head? Phil the face? All technically gifted individuals that Spanish Dave can only aspire to.
Yes, because comparing some of the worst technical players in the United team to the most technically gifted player in the entire Premiership really makes your point. Though out of the three Rafael is good technically for a right back in the Premiership. How about looking at the fact that they have Mata, RVP and Januzaj playing alongside Rooney and Carrick. Technical ability is not the be all and end all of a football team. Arsenal were probably the most technical team in the league for the last 9 years and have won nothing.
Fuck me; who took the jam out of your doughnut? It might have escaped your notice, but this is a city forum, and rag players have occasionally been known to have the piss taken out of them. Much the same thing happens on Red Issue, RAWK, Glory Glory, Palace Forums (?). Build a bridge, and get over it.

Fuck it I'll say it, United away is a must win. Trurly fucking woeful. Fucking easily better than them.

They will play better than they are today that's for sure.

Will they? Vidic and Evra's past it, Carrick was brilliant last season but not been anywhere close to that this season. Toure and Silva will dictate the game. Palace away is more of a worry for me. I almost feel sad their that bad, I miss the screaming at the box when United win.

Useless twats. They won't be this shit against us, you can guarantee they will up their game for us.

What makes you say that Surely this is the biggest game in world football and rags vs dippers the biggest derby in the world

how can they not be up for this but get up for a run of the mill game against City

No point saying anything about the game, because Gary Neville's analysis has been brilliant and expressed all the issues with United. I did not watch the build up for the game, but the problem with Moyes selection were obvious from the start.

To sum it up they are a bigger and stronger Arsenal (Arsenal at their worst with no Walcott, Ramsey and Chamberlain),but with far less technical ability.

I believe we should use vehicle analogies:

Manchester United: Ford Mustang GT (Pace in the straight but woeful in the corner)
Arsenal: Renault Clio (Well-suited for level road courses but has difficulty going uphill)
Chelsea: Jaguar XJ (Luxury amenities throughout driven by an egomaniacal executive)
Liverpool: Saab 96 (Two-stroke with lots of history and bite)
Tottenham: Honda NSX (Affordable to the lower upper-class without much flash)
Us: Mercedes F1 Kart (Adept and agile but a bit inconsistent in competition)

I usually find a silver lining but I can't take no joy in this, it's like watching city lose.
Eh?

Well usually when we need a united win and they get beat I can usually find satisfaction but city have so much resting on this that I feel genuinely gutted that they are getting beat, it's odd and I only usually feel like this when my own team are losing.

We have nothing resting on this. The title is in our hands. We win our games it's ours. If we don't win them then we don't deserve it. Simple as that.

I'm one of the few on here who want Liverpool to win, hence my reply. Just cannot bring myself to cheer for them.

We need this and a spurs win to keep us second, especially when we have Liverpool, arsenal and united to play. We need arse and liverpool to drop points, we need arsenal to beat Chelsea next week or draw aswell... It's a very very fine line we're walking

But a bit of breathing space over the Las would be nice. Gives us a bit of a margin for error.

Fellaini is pure stinky dogshit

There were nutters on here that said we should sign him!!! Jeeeeezus

I can't believe how slow he is, he seems to take a decade just to turn or control the ball. People complained Huddlestone was immobile but Fellani takes the piss.

One of the mistakes Hughes made when joining City. He thought a standout player in his previous team would do the business (Santa Cruz) and didn't realise the real quality you could buy out there. Moyes has done the same with Fellani.

If I were him I'd get rid of Rio, Vidic, Young, Cleverly and ask the board for another 75m on top. Knowing him he'd want to sign Hibbered and Distin though
