Which should be the case in the Premier League. But there is less corruption in the AFL, which provides the answer as to why the system has not been adopted.
Fair enough but I can't see why the panel can't review games and make retrospective decisions on such " tackles".
No doubt it won't be looked at , it was such a blatent red card you have to wonder sometimes.
Because of corruption. The FA influences matches to protect cash cows. I am not saying they do it in every single match, with every single decision, but I am convinced they want to protect their ability to do so when necessary.
And before the pitchforks come out, I am not a conspiracy theorist, I am an economist, and see this sort of "influence" regularly in the fairly disjointed business and political systems so have no trouble believing it would exist in a system with more centralised control.
