The way to overcome these is to not let them steamroller us in the first 15 minutes.

They seem to fucking fly out of the blocks like men possessed every time I watch them. We cant allow that as it'd be game over.

Their main weapon is their one touch through balls and 3 men with pure pace up top running onto them.

Manuel will definitely need to pay special attention to that and stop it rather than our usual strategy of you score 3 we'll score 4,

We'll need to adapt our usual style somewhat. I'd actually use Fern purely as the holding midfielder to shield and mop up those through balls. I'd also drop our back 4 back by 5 yards as the high line would suffer against their pace. Clichy is a must for his pace v Sterling.

Be interesting so see how Liverpool react to going behind in any of these run in games. Their whole (recent) strategy is based on scoring first.

Spurs are a total embarassment and Soldado has never been a premier league player.

Both us and Liverpool have scored 12 goals in the first 15 minutes of league games so far - they should be equally concerned about us getting off to a fast start,

Yeah, seemed Lambert was onto this when Villa were at Anfield a few weeks back. Villa went 2-0 up early in the game as well if memory serves me right. Liverpool didn't like the sudden pressure at all.
