The way to overcome these is to not let them steamroller us in the first 15 minutes.

They seem to fucking fly out of the blocks like men possessed every time I watch them. We cant allow that as it'd be game over.

Their main weapon is their one touch through balls and 3 men with pure pace up top running onto them.

Manuel will definitely need to pay special attention to that and stop it rather than our usual strategy of you score 3 we'll score 4,

We'll need to adapt our usual style somewhat. I'd actually use Fern purely as the holding midfielder to shield and mop up those through balls. I'd also drop our back 4 back by 5 yards as the high line would suffer against their pace. Clichy is a must for his pace v Sterling.

Be interesting so see how Liverpool react to going behind in any of these run in games. Their whole (recent) strategy is based on scoring first.

Spurs are a total embarassment and Soldado has never been a premier league player.

Sherwood keeps picking this Bentaleb kid. He has Sandro on the bench. Can't get my nut round that.
That's what happens when you make a youth team manager with no experience of proper football management a premier league manager's job.

Is this the same Spurs that gave us a game?????? Look more like a Championship team to me, utter crap gifting them goals all over the place...
OG comical. Pass back to defender with Suarez behind him, he might as well of put a stamp on it..

When did they give us a game this season?

But Levy will be happy.

Spurs will get an absoulte spanking today. Trust me the dippers have got their tails up and can know that if they beat us and Chelsea then the likelihood is that they will win it.
Why can't they win all their games??

In terms of points on the board of course I am happy with our position however in terms of fixtures Liverpools are are lot easier if there are any easy games at this time of the year.

We're looking good at half time :)

Statistically--statistics only--is the probability of winning any one game affected by the previous games? In other words, are you and Chelsea more likely to win each individual game remaining than we are as you've dropped your points already so you're starting from a blank slate?

Or is that not how statistics work? (I'm asking from ignorance--I genuinely don't know).

Have the famous Kop sucked that ball into the net yet for the dippers third. If people thought it was bad with the rags winning the league and the wankfest that followed them around just wait to see how quick sky dump the rags and jump on the dippers bandwagon.

Stevie Me look at me Stevie Me. FFS. :-(
If we had a stand worth talking about we might get a mention.

Fuck me you are either the biggest flapper ever or a rag, is there anything you like about our club?
I'm neither of those.

And...Sheikh Mansour, Kahldoon, Soriano, Begiristain, Pellegrini and his management team, the way we play most of the time, many of the players, our history, our future...I could go on and on.

I just don't like our badge, our pretty athletics stadium that isn't built for football and that doesn't have a proper stand for vocal fans, and I'm not overly keen on the way the club over-indulge in "Blue Moon".
