There are two names that jump out hugely for how that formation is supposed to work.. Fletcher paired with Di Maria.. It's exactly the sort of thing someone on a forum would dream up without thinking about how it's actually going to function.

Once that team meets a side with a powerful or quick midfield, then it will take a real beating.

Yeah, to be honest I reckon Mata will be replaced with Di Maria at some point, Fletcher to be benched (doesn't have it anymore). Mata will be sold most likely. Probably play Blind and Hererra in midfield, which is still weak. Looking at the quality in our midfield, we're going to steamroller them.
