This Weekends other Prem Games

Re: This Weekends other Prem Games

Anyone else but Ken Dodd that would have been red. Sometimes cheats don't prosper. Then again Stevie Starfish leading with his trademark elbow on Gaz Baz ignored....

nasty results but don't think it was malicious, result was worse than the intent imo.

I agree with that but studs up = red cards. or is that only against untied players...

no...studs up is just more likely to come under excessive force but sometimes that's the natural position of your foot when you tackle and the ball was up in that case, Mirallas was just late to it, the impact made it look worse than the actual foul, you have to ref the foul not the result of it.

Suarez showing why he is the best player in the league once again (Ozil adapting withstanding) . Hate the guy, but he is truly class. Last season was only slightly behind RVP and this season will give him the nod.

Liverpool will be pretty happy with things. Everton had all the possession, but created few chances. Lucas has been great and probably the best player on the pitch. Barkley has looked impressive and shown his world class potential, but not there yet. For all his endeavour and skill has yet to create anything. Can go onto become something special though. Him and Wilshere in the centre could turn out to be incredible. Lukakua has been contained and needs to become more aggressive and sharper.

Definite red for me and Everton lucky to get away with it.

I think there may be a little Argentinian who can lay claim to the best player in the league...

No point starting a debate on this thread the debate has already been done on here I'm sure.

Everton/Liverpool

The so called "friendly" derby into its second half now. 2-1 to Liverpool. Gerrard lucky to be on the pitch after leading with his elbow on Barry in the first half. Appalling wall at a free kick contributing to Liverpool's second goal. Baines just gone off with a foot injury and Barry just gone to left back - could get very interesting!

Anyway, Everton fans - fuck me what a moaning set of bastards. Fucking screaming for every single decision. Goodison sounds like a creche full of spoilt kids who have been told they can't have their xbox.

Waaaaah fucking waaaah!

-- Sat Nov 23, 2013 2:57 pm --

Sorry; I'm blind as a bat. Dunno how I missed this thread!
