I think there may be a little Argentinian who can lay claim to the best player in the league...
No point starting a debate on this thread the debate has already been done on here I'm sure.
There's nothing to debate.
There are more than a few city fans who would side with Suarez but it's each to their own in the end.

I love Sergio, but Suarez has been in incredible form since the start of last season.
He's already top premier league goalscorer and was banned until October.

He's a **** but there is certainly some room for debate. Sergio will just edge it for me though.

Phil Dowd needs to grab hold of this. Some poor tackles going in that he's letting go.

-- Sat Nov 23, 2013 2:07 pm --

Great save from Mignolet

Can anyone recall that post, not sure if it was on here or another forum, about Liverpool. Sorry, "Liverpool Football Club."

Shortly after Torres left and it was basically a comparison of Liverpool (Football Club) and their fans to a religion. Specifically comparing the extremists on both sides and how Liverpool (Football Club's) fans had basically taken on the role of the Islam of football. Not meant to be offensive or anything but an amazing comparison of how if anyone doubts the religion/the club, they are lambasted and looking at the burning of the flag/shirts with names on etc. Only Liverpool (Football Club) had taken on this role etc. Brilliant read it was.

I fucking hate with a passion how their fans and ex players and any other knob jockey calls the Liverpool Football Club, never just liverpool.

As if they are any more a football club than any other football clubs. *****.

They're a pain in the fucking arse. Everyone who ever goes near Anfield catches the 'Bullshit Bug'. The amount of shite I hear on the TV, Radio and read in the papers from ex-Liverpool players is a joke. They've got this incredible ability of hyping up any player for them. Any fucking player.

What's really pissed me off recently is this SAS partnership bullshit. Just more shite. Suarez is up there. Absolutely no doubt. But the amount of Liveprool related ex pro's in the media and the love in for the club still occurring from years gone by means that we hear absolutely shite loads more about these two than any other strikers in the league. Suarez or Aguero is the debate sometimes. It's a no brainer. It really is a no brainer that Aguero is in the top 3 if not the best striker in the world. Suarez is up there but he's not got the natural ability of Aguero.

I can't stress enough how good Aguero is. I really don't think the media over here realise it. Caught up in the 'English' striker myth and of course still wanking over Liverpool means that he's overlooked. He scored 9 in 9 and people started to say he was hitting form. That is Aguero. He's un-fucking-believable. Even Neville's (!) acknowledged it. I dread to think what we'd be saying about him if he played for Liverpool. We'd have a statue of him already and I douby Kyle fucking Walker would've won Young Player of the Year.

People wonder why refs get so much fucking shit?

Apply the rules of the game you twat and not do as you want!

We would have been down to 10 and looking at a player missing matches!

Agreed.

Plus, I fucking love a good rant!

Should we try and sign Mignolet in Jan.?
Like fuck they'd part with him 5 months after signing him, leaving them with Brad Jones in goal.
