"But I know in the deep of my heart which team we are going to play against. Maybe they haven't had a good season in the league but when I see [Wayne] Rooney, [Nemanja] Vidic, Rio [Ferdinand], Chicharito [Javier Hernandez] and [Danny] Welbeck, I see very good players

Welbeck has to be a joke, a decent player but not in Tom Clevzys class.

I desperately hope so.

It will be even funnier, considering gollum said the rags don't see themselves as underdogs.

I see it's league only so they can avoid putting on Bayerns CL defeat. Agenda!

It meant a lot for City - as explained before. But for Bayern it did not mean much - a learning experience not to go a gear down when you lead comfortably or do it smarter.

As a fan you are sometimes afraid that they do their blips in matches that could make a difference and really costly (like e.g. tonight - usually they should easily win it - but it is knockout matches and there is a referee, maybe a jinxed goal etc.) - but the recent two years there have been blips but never when it was important. It was different before.

None of the Bayern players are perfect - no real superstar - all have their special characters. That is what I like about them. I am a football fan and Bayern fan all of my life - in my memories there are football events from the time I was about 6 or 7 in the mid 70s. I had times were I followed them very close and times where my life was so intense that football just played a minor role. The last 5 or 6 years I follow it very close again and I really remarked the changes of the different personalities and the team and how their roles changed. How e.g. Ribery and later Robben changed from individualists and "loners" to be teamplayers - or how Müller, Lahm and Schweinsteiger grew up.

I know that a lot of you just do the same - only that not Bayern but City is the topic.

I think you are selling Ronaldo short by a great deal. If he was as selfish and egotistical as you think all the time then he would not be the favourites of so many managers.

Accusing Ronaldo of not showing emotion is also wildly off base. He shows as much passion and determination to win as any footballer I have ever seen. The guy has played through so many injuries and given everything he has to win big games.

I just cannot stand him and his attics. I know that there is enough people that might praise him for the same scenes that I do not like him for. For me that hero culture of Real Madrid is exactly the reason why they do not win La Decima. It is not 11 players but 10 surrounding CR7 - that is what is wrong with them.
