Well if it's not deliberate it ain't a penalty. I know you have bias and i understand that, but
it has to be DELIBERATE to give a penalty.

The more I look at it, the more I think it could have been deliberate. I didn't think so at the time

I beg to differ. I think he's turned and the balls landed on his hand.
But i won't labour the point as the man who decides (ref), gave it as a penalty.

I think that's where video replays would be useless as it's someones opinion at the end of the day, people cannot make their minds up over a replay even. Human error has always been part of the game, obviously some are worse than others. One thing I do like that's changed in the game is the spray foam and even the goal line technology.
