Just wondering, if someone were to advertise 'personal services' for money (on the internet, for example), while claiming Jobseeker's Allowance or other benefits, would this constitute benefit theft?

We had a Palace fan a few weeks ago asking where he could buy a gigantic Winston Churchill statue. Maybe this fella can help. :-)

I'd say it's like he is self employed, do rent boys do tax returns though?!
Can't imagine them book keeping and handing out VAT receipts!
 
has he been reported for working on the side.im sure i read that in the original thread.
 
Just seen that link and that big list.

Last night and re-reading that list has been absolutely hilarious. If only we could have hired a bluemoon film crew for the day to check on his visits (and drive of course).
