Three questions you'd ask Manuel Pellegrini

Why are you so stubborn?

What leverage does Demichelis have on you?

Did you go to the Mancini school of substitutions?

I wish. Mancini's substitutions are often excellent and effective.

1] Demichelis why
2] why don't we start with the best 11 and then/if we are winning change the team
3] why do our players take too long to get started, instead off pass pass pass in our own half

To answer the 2nd ? . At some stage he he has to rest some of our big players and give the chance to the fringe players to stake a claim for a first team place. Unfortunately they neither have the skill or sadly the ambition to to go that extra mile. It's not Pellers fault he puts his trust into these very well paid players and they let him down time and time again.

Whatever people think of Mancini, tactically he is one of the world's best managers.

Well I disagree with that comment. Milner played 5 minutes vs Denmark, and before that...? Yet he was dynamic when he came on (I didn't think there was anything wrong with Navas's play though). Silva played 45 minutes midweek, and look what a difference he made when he came on today. Dzeko? Well there's another one who must have something on Pellegrini.
