The performance of the team was down to their mentality not Pellegrini, numerous times under Mancini we have found ourselves struggling to beat teams who we should be beating.

In my opinion we have to many big game star players who think playing the likes of Wigan shouldn't be part of their job, and the likes of Barca, United, Chelsea etc etc are the only games that matter.

Playing Demichelis over and over again would be my only question to Pellegrini at the moment.

Sorry Sam but this is bollocks. You can forgive Peligrini for paying Richards against Watford but why repeat the mistake. Why play a weakened side in the quarter final to save them for a game that's effectively a dead rubber. Why??????? This over emphisis on Chumps league is costing us big time, why not establish ourselves first before we reach for the stars? Why not plat Silva, Ferandindho, Kompany, zabs from the start? Why????????????????????????????????????????????????????? Peligrini you are not proving to be an upgrade by a long way. Tip for the rest of the season pick the best available side and under no circumstances select Richards.

To answer the 2nd ? . At some stage he he has to rest some of our big players and give the chance to the fringe players to stake a claim for a first team place. Unfortunately they neither have the skill or sadly the ambition to to go that extra mile. It's not Pellers fault he puts his trust into these very well paid players and they let him down time and time again.

Yes it is, if has you say they keep letting him down why pick them? His team selection today was based on Barca mid week, why? Why sacrifice a trophy for a pipedream? Anyone who continues to pick Richards is rightfully questioned.
