Just read this on the app...

Taking initiative: City have taken the lead 110 times under Roberto Mancini in his 114 matches in charge.

Very impressive.

I can't believe thats true.

In fact I'm sure of it.

West Ham, Chelsea and Rags this year, Swansea last year, Liverpool two years ago theres 5 straight away, I'm sure there's been more.

Unless they're talking about taking the lead, losing it and taking it again in a game.

No wonder it stood out for me. Just seemed too good.

No problem with his tenure to date.
Highlights

Aguero's Debut v Swansea
Spurs 5-1
FA Cup Semi v Utd
FA Cup Final v Stoke
Utd 6-1
Norwich 6-1
Utd 1-0
QPR 3-2

Would love to see us lift the title again, have a decent run in Europe and maybe the FA Cup too in the next 3 years.

There is the main difference he's made. My expectations. Forza Mancini.

Spurs when they beat us to CL, Aston Villa same season, rags with rooney shinner, rags League Cup, rags scholes last minute goal, Arsenal twice, fuck me its an endless list

He has done an amazing job.

Realistically, second is the lowest we can finish this season. He has built a fantastic team, the best in Manchester City's history.

People say he's spent a lot of money, but money does not equal success. He spent the same money as Liverpool did on Carroll, Downing and Henderson on Aguero, Silva and Yaya. And he won the league with them. How close was Mark Hughes to winning the league with all the money he spent? A million miles away.

Mancini has done a great job here and often doesn't get the credit he deserves. There are a few question marks over him with his man management and his European record, but the fact that the only names that are ever mentioned to replace him are arguably the two best managers in the world speaks volumes.

Thank you Bobby.

"Can't believe City have sacked Mark Hughes. Massive step backwards." - From my Facebook timeline, 3 years ago.

*cringes*

Love you Mr. Mancini, Grazie Mille!
