Thrown out for smoking- Help!

Can anyone help, i am new to bluemoon & i was at the kiev game on thurs night when i was ejected at half time for smoking in the toilets in the east stand lower. My season card was confiscated but i have yet to here from the club. Can anyone advise as to whether i will be able to purchase a ticket for the semi final ??????????

would be a great shame if by breaking the law you were punished.

How incompetent is our football club. My letter has come saying i am banned for 3 games to which i accept as i broke the rules by smoking. What thoroughly angers me is that i have sent two corresponding letters, two corresponding emails in which both i asked whether the ban would affect me purchasing a ticket for the upcoming semi final to which i have had no reply.

I have phoned customer services & the ticket office & neither can tell me whether i am eligible to buy a ticket for the semi final & neither can i get to speak in person to Mr Fletcher to get an answer!!!!!!!!

Slowly but surely i am thinking about not renewing my season ticket for next season, the club are a disgrace, nobody can answer a simple question to a customer who over the past 20 years has spent between £400 & £500 a year on season tickets & merchandise.

We are merely a number!!!!!!!

I'm a smoker and can quite easily last 90 mins without a cig. If you're that sad that you can;t go without even though you know you're risking getting kicked out then you don't deserve any sympathy, put a nicotine patch on ffs

Read the small print, your card is suspended for 3 games, you cant use it to buy tickets during that time period, what your asking is that change the rules as you happen to be caughted at a bad timne in terms of rather large game being played during your ban.

Rathger like the rags and slur's ban, but i shouldnt think your be quite so lucky as to get to pick which games to miss.
