I got that email then 10 minutes later it upgraded to City v Tottenham Hotspur!! :-)Seems they have issues

Fair enough mate. I had problems last season when my ticket didn’t update to show right game so seems like they’ve found a sensible solution then.

I use the Apple Pay what’s it so not sure if that works differently to the QR/barcode thing but can’t imagine it would. Else they’d be running two separate systems

Fucking technology. Us FOC’s never liked it, and we were grumbling fucking right. Give me my season ticket book back
As others have said you should get in irrespective.
That said, it’s happened to me a couple of times and I’ve managed to work around it by opening up the wallet app, selecting my season card, clicking on the three dots (top right) that lead to a settings menu and selecting ‘pass details’
From there switch automatic updates ‘off’ and then back ‘on’ again.
This seems to work for me.
