Sold my ticket for Forest game on 31st August

Forgot all about it until now and realised no refund

Anybody else sell their ticket and had their money back for this game?

yep money came in much quicker than expected - check your banking for your supporters number.

Rang them today, the refund was actioned on the 1st September but i need to wait until next week as it can take up to 45 days.
Not in my bank account. Strange.

Update.
My monthly season ticket payment goes out of bank account (Nationwide)
My cup scheme payments go out of my savings account (Natwest)
I called and gave them this information before the season started. No problems at all

They confirmed the refund was sent on the 01/09/22 to a Halifax account i havent used a long time ago???

I called Halifax (managed to pass security even though i no longer have my card/internet banking/security code)
Halifax confirmed no payment has been made to the account.

City want proof that this was not paid into the account but Halifax cannot send me a statement as there have been no transactions!

Do you think a Halifax branch might be able to help?

City need to sort it out with Halifax or say you will refer it to Financial Services Ombudsman.

When you sell a ticket on the exchange you have to confirm the account it gets paid into, even though City don't provide any of the account information so you are doing it blind. It is so poor you will have a case.

I thought the Ombudsman was to do with complaints against banks etc….

Anyone had the southampton game refunded to their bank yet? I know it used to take up to a month (or more) but had the email acting like they'd done it, but nothing in my bank.
