Ticket Exchange

For some unknown reason, I've been having issues with Firefox recently whenever I try to use the ticket exchange. But when I switched to Microsoft edge, I was able to do the ticket transfer.

Yeah, it seems to be malfunctioning at the moment. Experience tells me that with pretty much any aspect of the ticket website that perseverance is the key. I’d try again in the morning if I was you, see if it’s back up and running.
 
I sold my Spurs ticket as I was away but when the date was changed I was able to recall it.From the reading of the email, anybody who sold their WHU ticket or Leeds ticket can't have it back unless the buyer can't go and sells it back.
Change of policy,or was I just lucky with Spurs?

No idea if the policy has changed but it does seem the fairest way. People know by listing them miles in advance, there’s always a chance the game might move. But would be awful policy if they sold someone a ticket and then later informed them they were cancelling it.

Same here, press the ok button to list my seat, nowt happens
 
Does anyone know how you transfer a single Cityzens match ticket once it’s downloaded to an Apple wallet? Usually I would just forward the email with the attachment and then the recipient can download it, but in this case I’ve downloaded it already. If I remove it from my wallet would it be able to be downloaded again from the original email by someone else? Really appreciate any help.

Shouldn’t make any difference if you’ve downloaded it or not. Just transfer it them from your account. Or send then the email with the attachment.
 
Been trying to sell my ticket for the Liverpool game on ticket exchange for the last 2 days.
So phoned ticket office and they sorted it out for me.
For some reason they're having problems with the online ticket exchange.

Nice one mate thanks a lot for responding. Transfer from account doesn’t seem to show up as an option for me on single tickets but I’ll just send the email and hopefully they can download it then. I obviously thought this tech wizardry was a bit more clever than it is

It doesn’t have to sell for Liverpool. It almost certainly will. But you’re guaranteed your money either way once you list it.

This seems to happen pretty frequently for cup games. Ticket Transfer doesn't appear to become available until a week or so after tickets initially go on sale. It's possibly because someone has to set up the additional game manually from an IT standpoint whereas league games are all in place on the systems from the start of the season.
I'd expect it to start working for Bayern in the next few days.
 
Does anyone at the club pick up a phone? We can spend £300m on upgrading the ground but i can be put on hold for 90 mins for wanting to ask a simple question after no response from email. Typical City.
 
If I buy a semi final ticket and then find that I can't get to the match will I be able to transfer it to somebody else?

I assume they are mobile tickets sent via email so you’d just need to forward the email on to someone else
