Ticket Exchange

Anyone had the southampton game refunded to their bank yet? I know it used to take up to a month (or more) but had the email acting like they'd done it, but nothing in my bank.
No mate, I called the club yesterday and got the usual- can take up to 45 days so just gotta wait.
Last time I use the exchange, crazy it can take so long to process a refund
 
Is ticket exchange only available to s/t holders, and not citizen member tickets?
Accident at home means I cannot now make the Brighton game tmw, but 'manage your tickets' online offers no option to sell ticket...

Not available to members, maybe ring them and get it on PDF to sell to someone else if it doesn't let you transfer it.

Normal return window is 7 days prior to the match.

same issue re southampton game - no refund through yet.

Once i receive the confirmation email, the funds are usually in my account within 5 days, but nothing yet on this one.
Same here re Southampton. Had the refund email 2 weeks ago today but no money yet. Just rang City and was told they "have an issue with Southampton refunds". Said it was in the process of being sorted out but no indication about when. TBH the guy I spoke to didn't fill me with any confidence. As is often the case with City, customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

Same happened with Burnley last season. First they would admit anything was wrong and wait 45 days, then there has been a payment day wait another 5/7 days, then wait another 5 days, money came 67th day.

At least they are admitting an issue this time, rather than waiting 50 days ignoring fans who point out the issue.
