Going on every previous visit I have made for a match at Wembley - 5 at the last count - I can categorically state that not one steward has shown an interest in what my ticket says. They have always been interested in the bags, but as long as your ticket gets you through the turnstile you're as free as a bird. Adults could get in with concession tickets, juniors with adults, OAP's as Juniors, OAP's as adults, juniors as OAP's, as long as your ticket works, you'll be good to go I'm absolutely sure of it.

Will give it a week and then chase it, but this has happened before where tickets have gone astray and its a right pain in the arse.

My 11 year old son's ticket just says concession on it and has the top left corner missing. Otherwise it's exactly the same as mine. Even has the same adult price on it!

Does anyone have an email address to complain I bought my ticket today by ringing up but had to pay the booking fee all because It wouldn't let me do it online I've screen printed to show them the problem so want to email it to them,

If you phone supporter services they should be able to refund it... Had a similar problem before, however they processed mine over the phone without changing me a booking fee.
