as a season card holder,my take on it is if you have the points,then you should get a ticket.So a City card holder with 4000 pts should get one over a s/t holder with say 3000.The City card holder has spent far more money watching City going to away games than a s/t holder who just goes to the home games.Away games cost far far more than home games.
