Phoned up at 9am on Monday told I was 17 in the queue, automated countdown kept you informed of your position, until it was your turn.
They asked me where we wanted to sit in the gound
7 tickets booked by 0910am,received them on Thursday.
I dont think that is bad service

The one thing I can tell you for sure on Wednesday is that the ticket office phone line did NOT tell you your position in the queue or an estimated waiting time. That my friend is 100% guaranteed. All you got was 'Greensleeves' being played and a recording repeatedly telling you that 'your call is very important to us'.
Personally I think that kind of service is crap.

I can 100% tell you it did tell me on Wednesday what position I was in. As I said in my earlier post the service I got was fantastic on Wednesday. I did get the music early on then it told me where I was in the queue soon after.

It's the way of the world. The other week I paid £150 for two tickets to go see Willco Johnson down in Camden. They never arrived, I got an apology and my money back a week after the gig, Viagogo - leave it alone.

On the Wembley Issue, I know a guy that works for Club Wembley and as at Friday tickets for Millwall were going for £260 (face value). He's offered me 5 for City so fuck knows how much they will be? But they do throw in a programme......big deal!!
