Once again have sorted out my problem quickly and effeciently.

One of the girls went to a City In The Community school trip last week and won a rather nice medal plus two tickets for the Kiev match. Only found about the tickets today as she forgot to tell us. Anyway her sister wants to go - as they do - and I've already paid for my seat in South Stand.

Rang customer services today told them the situation and they sorted it all out and got the girls in the S/S next to me. No hassle, no quibbles just did it within a couple of minutes.

I always thought that I was in the minority with regard to the Ticket Office. I have never had any trouble with them. They have always been polite and efficient.

If I go by the number of threads on here slating them, I appear to be one of the lucky ones.
 
I've never had any problem whatsoever with the ticket office either. Never go via phone, always to the stadium box office for away tickets or online for cup tickets. I think it's the ticketline that gets the stick on here most of the time.
 
Does anyone know if you can relocate seats once you have bought them?
 
yes you can i think, we did relocate in the last cup match, but we are on the cup scheme which may make the difference, you should be able to relocate though as long as there is room which there should be

Yes - this is the second time I've had to it and there's been no problem at all.

Make sure you dont go for ticket sales in the options - they cant help.
 
I moved seats for the Reading game because of the price drop for the lower tier and therefore i got a refund (from cup direct scheme) but the incorrect amount was sent back. I went down (i was getting another ticket for thursday anyway) and ticket office sorted it, no hassle, no fuss, job done.
Praise from me.
 
That's the problem with gaging customer service, people don't talk about it when they receive service that they expect but tell anybody that will listen when it's not to their liking. The TO could be better, but it's not as bad as you'd expect judging off some of the threads here.
