i also tried to phone them today and hung up after the automated message said 45 mins wait, quicker driving down to eastlands...........and i live in glasgow :lol:

When the Sheik bought the club I thought the ticketoffice started to improve. in fact last season it was pretty good, but this season its turned to shit again.

That's what I got. I rang up today and got my ticket for the Napoli game, took 10 minutes. I then had to speak to someone about accessing my online account, the wait ting was 40 minutes!!!
