What are the chances of coming down to SC/Europe scheme but with fuck all (sub 5000) points?

It went to everyone on the cup scheme last season but with half the allocation so it should still go to around 5000 points on scheme

Would guess anyone with a season ticket will get this. Much bigger allocation that the previous two times and the 3rd year in a row so lots will give it a miss. Similar to Munich last year I imagine
