Then you should be good to buy so no idea why it won't let you, sorry. What stage do you get to? Can you select seats for instance?

Make sure you’re in the correct account if you have multiple & check back in your ticketing account to see if you’ve actually accrued enough, you may of done what I did with the grandson & not bought a couple in his name, even though he attended, try logging out & logging in again, but I’d be ringing as well if I was you

Yep as long as they’re showing on your ticket history you should be able to buy.

Having the same problem for my lad he’s been to every game with me I can get a ticket and he can’t what a joke again.

Piss take don’t have time to sit on hold for over an hour either so will probably miss out at 3pm like last year, a half and half scarfer will have my seat

Still 587 tickets left for Madrid away, mainly in top tier (level 6) as at 230pm

Sorted after phoning - and 50 minutes on hold.

Apparently, the renewal of my membership 2 weeks ago "deleted" the fact I have been at any single CL game in the last couple of years (including the freezing match against RB Leipzig)... What kind of IT system that is, I don't know!!!
