Is anyone else having trouble transferring their Sparta Prague tickets?

This is the error I have been getting since last week. I thought it might resolve after the Wolves game, as sometimes it only allows transfers when the game you're trying to transfer for is the next game, but still nothing.



PS. Yes, they are cup scheme tickets on a season ticket account.

You can. I transferred one of ours earlier.

Admittedly all the different rules for different competitions and types of STs can be a bit hard to keep on top of.

Does the person you are transferring to also have to be on the cup scheme?

I did transfer two earlier, but now from a different similar account can't. Just so frustrating, and don't really want to call up City and be put on hold for an hour.

If anyone has any ideas, please share.

Does the person you are transferring to also have to be on the cup scheme?

No. The sender has to be on the scheme but recipient is same rules as for PL games - anyone in your friends and family.

No mate. Anyone on your friend’s list. Not sure they’d be much point in that anyway. They’ll already have one.

Maybe I’m the only one who didn’t know this? But just in case I’m not….

I’ve just transferred a season ticket for Tottenham from a child to an adult and it only charged me the difference between 1/19th of the child ST and 1/19th of an adult ST in that block.

I’m ( almost ) sure that previously they charged you for a full priced individual adult match ticket minus the few quid that is 1/19th of the child ST.

I'm working all over Xmas and missing the Everton game. I've transferred my ticket to my mate but hes deleted his email by accident and cannot retrieve it. Can you resend it again does anyone know?

One of my F&F hasn’t got NFC on his phone. The ticket office say they can’t help re transferring the ticket by email. Can’t believe they expect everyone to have a smart phone. They say I’ve got to go to the ticket office for a PAPER ticket!!! Surely it’s easier for them to email it.

Anyone else been refused by customer service to email a ticket?

Yeah this has been policy all season, need to collect a receipt with QR code on the day.

You can have multiple tickets on one phone.

Yes mate, phones without NFC will display a scannable barcode on the mobile ticket like this

So is it acceptable at the turnstile? Customer service said transferred cup tickets don’t have the QR code so the only option is the paper ticket

But if I can just transfer my second ticket (it’s my sons who can’t go) to me (instead of my friend without NFC) then download it into my wallet with mine - that would be great. Customer service didn’t suggest such a simple solution !!!!

I can't tell you I'm 100% sure but I would assume all tickets on phones without NFC would appear in the same way as the picture I posted would, can't for the life of me understand why that wouldn't apply to cup tickets.

Also, I use mine at a turnstile, I put it into the reader slot and it reads the barcode perfectly fine

i always transfer my wife's chumps league cup ticket to my phone as i take my nephew. I've never had a problem getting us both in using the bar code

apolgies for hte bump in thread, but does anyone know how I can get around this error message.

Maximum number(2) of passes issued, remove one of the existing copies of this pass from an apple device.

Bit of help needed i transferred my ticket to a friend not a problem.
He now cannot go but wants to transfer again .....anyone any idea how to do this ?

How long before the match can you transfer a ticket from a season ticket?
