I struggled with this earlier. I found putting 11 or 22 worked at first.

A kind fellow bluemooner also suggested putting the number in and almost simultaneously pressing enter/return.
That worked too.

Why the fuck can't we just have a web site that works normally rather than requiring a load of tips, tricks and cheats just to buy a match ticket?
Someone needs to get a grip of it internally at the club. The website to start with is cluttered, confusing and constantly trying to sell you stuff you don't need.

We should never be emailing them anyway. I was given an option of either receiving paper tickets or access using a card. What's the point of having the options if I'm not gonna get what I prefer?

I agree, and as I posted earlier, I hope City sit down and have a lessons to be learnt review on this. This should not be happening in this day and age

City ticket office in slow turnover shocker...

Technological issues or not, was the same 20 years ago as it is today, you just had to queue up on the croft for 4 hrs rather than your phone.. The theme of a regular occurrence is also mute, we naturally get to more 'important' games, thus it just seems they're more inept due to frequency...

In closing, everyone needs a 'patsie', someone who stays on the phone all day whilst you wait to hear the greeeeeat news... Well done Tolm (:
