I sympathise 100% fella
but how are you gonna pull out of all the schemes on wednesday ?
by then,phone lines will be even more mental and queues at the ground worse,just to speak to somebody.

Nice tip that mate, thank you. Been checking this morning and nothing but did your "toggle updates off and on" and got a Leipzig ticket there now. Just hope the Southampton one comes back after this game :-)
 
Is the Leipzig ticket only a barcode this time and not contactless (NFC)?
 
My Leipzig ticket is now in my wallet - so far, so good.

My lad can't make the game on Saturday; have set up a mate in F&F ready to do the transfer but can't find any information/instructions on how to do this. I'm sure it's buried somewhere on the website but I can't see.

Any help would be appreciated.

We've just had a group text from some Eccles supporters and they now think I'm great because I told them what to do via your help!! (Don't worry I'll bask in the glory until Wednesday and tell them on the coach that it was your suggestion @johnnymarrsbarres !!) :-)

This is a really good hack. It might be worth @Moderating Team making a sticky post for a while to stop blues worrying about getting their tickets updated in time and saving hours on the phone to City.

IIRC from the Norwich game, this only works on iPhone. Us Android users just have to be patient (the G Pay wallet did eventually update for Norwich and Arsenal).

I dont have Android, so can’t help with that, sorry. Hopefully we have a whizzkid who can unearth a similar hack for Android users.
