Never said they would (I'll admit to knowing nothing about him BTW) but I still don't see your point re. "biding our time"? How does that benefit us, rather than just putting a wedge on the table now before any extension is signed?Milan aren't going to let him go that easily

Surprised there hasn't been much talk about him in general given how well he played at the World Cup and how well he's been playing for Milan.
